Is the demo really free?
Yes. We build it before you commit to anything. You only pay if you approve it and want it live. The setup fee is $750, or 3 monthly payments of $250.
What do I need to provide?
Very little. We start from your public details. Photos, a logo and anything you'd like to add help, but they're optional.
I already have a domain. Can I keep it?
Yes. We'll put the new site on your existing domain. If you don't have one, we can help you register one in your name.
Who owns the website?
You own your content and your domain. Your domain is registered in your name. If you cancel the care plan, we'll give you a copy of your site files.
Do I have to keep the care plan?
The care plan covers hosting, so your site needs it, or another host, to stay online. There's no lock-in. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
What counts as a small edit?
Things like changing hours, prices, text, photos or adding a staff member, up to about 30 minutes each month. Unused time doesn't roll over. Bigger changes are quoted up front.
Do you work outside Brisbane?
Yes. We work with businesses across South East Queensland, including Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay, the Redlands, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.
